1. Order Processing Time

All orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has officially shipped. For any customized or custom-made items, processing times may vary, which will be explicitly noted on the product page.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We are proud to offer Complimentary Insured Shipping for our luxury fixtures across the United States.

  • Shipping Destination: United States (All states)

  • FREE SHIPPING: Estimated Delivery Time: 5 to 10 business days.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

3. Order Tracking

Once your package has been handed over to our logistics carrier, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing a dedicated tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update. If you do not receive your tracking details within 3 business days, please check your spam folder or reach out to our support team.

4. Important Shipping Notes

  • Delays beyond our control: While we partner with premium carriers to ensure timely delivery, Artifice Home is not responsible for unexpected delays caused by severe weather conditions, carrier bottlenecks, or global logistical disruptions.

  • Lost or Damaged Packages: All our shipments include full transit insurance. If your premium fixture arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@us-artificehome.com with photos of the packaging and product so we can expedite a complimentary replacement.
