Hot & Cold Mixing System: This fixture functions as a single-handle mixer. It does not heat the water internally. To enjoy warm water, an active under-sink hot water connection or dedicated residential water heater is required.

Cold-Water Only Setup: If your powder room is only plumbed for cold water, this faucet can still be beautifully installed. Simply connect both intake lines using a standard plumbing "T-adapter" to your cold water line. *(Please note: T-adapter and professional plumbing services are not included).*
